Founded in 2008, Northwest Chinese Academy delivers a full-time Mandarin Chinese immersion education to preschool through 8th grade students. Our goal is to create bi-lingual children who are confident, critical thinkers prepared to embrace tomorrow’s opportunities.

We provide a school environment that supports cooperation, creativity, resourcefulness and the love of learning. Our students acquire a strong foundation in Mandarin Chinese fluency, English Literacy, Math, Science, Social Studies, Music, Art and Physical Education. Small class sizes encourage experiential learning and meaningful interaction between teachers and students. NWCA students learn Mandarin naturally; they spend their day hearing and using Mandarin Chinese. As a result, our students achieve fluency in Mandarin, advanced proficiency in reading and writing, and an intuitive understanding of cross-cultural communications — giving them the confidence to thrive in a globally interdependent world.
