NWCA’s Preschool Program immerses our youngest students in Chinese language and culture through music, art, games, songs, stories and play. Children participate in active, hands-on learning in Chinese through experiences that are developmentally appropriate for young learners. In addition, our preschool students participate in an English Language Arts Program tailored to their level. We provide a warm and encouraging environment that prepares our students for our Elementary School Program by building a strong foundation for learning in an immersion environment.

Preschool is divided into two classes.  Ages 3-4 years are in the preschool class and ages 4-5 years are in the pre-kindergarten class.  These classes often interact and spend time together, but their learning targets are age appropriate.
